Job description
As the Head of Project Management at LabsDAO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our cutting-edge blockchain and AI projects. You'll lead a team of project managers, ensuring the efficient delivery of complex technical solutions while aligning with LabsDAO's strategic goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the project management office (PMO) and establishing best practices for project execution
- Developing and implementing project management methodologies tailored to blockchain and AI initiatives
- Managing a portfolio of diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Collaborating with C-level executives to align project goals with overall business strategy
- Mentoring and developing a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Implementing risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues across projects
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Driving the adoption of project management tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency
- Conducting regular project reviews and reporting on project status to senior management
- Ensuring effective resource allocation across multiple projects
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between technical teams and business units
- Staying informed about the latest trends in blockchain, AI, and project management methodologies
Job requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in managing complex technical projects, preferably in blockchain or AI domains
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Familiarity with blockchain and AI technologies and their applications
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
