Job description
As a Blockchain Engineer at LabsDAO, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable blockchain solutions. You'll work on cutting-edge projects that integrate blockchain technology with AI and other emerging technologies. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating decentralized applications, smart contracts, and innovative blockchain-based systems that drive transparency and efficiency across various industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting and implementing robust, scalable blockchain solutions
- Developing and auditing smart contracts for various blockchain platforms
- Integrating blockchain technologies with existing systems and emerging technologies like AI
- Optimizing blockchain protocols for enhanced performance and security
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement decentralized applications (DApps)
- Conducting code reviews and implementing best practices for blockchain development
- Researching and evaluating new blockchain technologies and frameworks
- Contributing to the development of LabsDAO's blockchain infrastructure and tools
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior blockchain developers
Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain development
- Proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, and Ethereum development
- Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot
- Strong understanding of cryptography and consensus algorithms
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and tokenomics
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and blockchain security principles
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
